The goings on.
Hey everyone, ben here. Just wanted to give you an update on this cloudy, somewhat chilly Saturday afternoon. We’ve been fairly busy, mailing out EPs for our online orders, etc, and trying to get more shows lined up for the fall. We have had a couple of shows that were lined up for this next week fall through at the last minute, but are doing our best to re-schedule.
The house show is still being planned and figured out, but it will still happen. We’re setting up some stuff in October with our newly made friends Hey the Maker from Dundee. These guys rock, if you haven’t checked out their stuff, head over to http://www.myspace.com/heythemaker to listen for yourself. We’re also hoping to be playing in the city sometime soon, as well as maybe getting up to Milwaukee (Wisconsin fans rejoice).
We recently got a message from UIC Radio in Chicago, and they’re interested in playing out stuff. So that’s pretty neat, I guess we’ll let you know if that goes anywhere. Also got updated from mostlymidwest.com, and they are finishing up their review of our EP. We’ll let you know when that goes up and all that Jazz.
Also, our facebook page now has around 250 fans, which is pretty neat. We like that people are liking our stuff. If you know anyone who digs our stuff, but doesn’t know we’re on facebook, maybe spread word. Word of mouth is the best way to increase our fanbase, and we would be stoked if you guys wanted to do that. I guess that’s all for now, thanks for reading, and I pray this finds you well.
